Terms of Service
- You own what Cravim makes for you, once your account is paid up.
- Credits are spent per generation. A generation that fails is refunded automatically.
- Nothing publishes to your social accounts without your explicit approval.
- Cancel whenever you like — you keep the credits you have already paid for until the period ends.
These terms are the agreement between you and C2Z LABS LLC ("we", "us") — the company that makes Cravim. "Cravim" means the service at cravim.ai and app.cravim.ai. Your contract is with C2Z LABS LLC, not with the product. By creating an account you accept these terms.
1. What Cravim is
Cravim is a marketing tool that plans campaigns, generates images and video using third-party AI models, and — where you connect an account and approve the post — publishes to social platforms on your behalf.
Cravim will not publish anything you have not approved. Approval is a deliberate step in the product, not a setting buried in preferences.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
- Give us accurate details and keep them current.
- Keep your password and API keys to yourself — anything done with your credentials is treated as done by you.
- One person per login. Extra seats come with the larger plans.
Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.
3. Plans, credits and billing
How credits work
Everything Cravim makes costs credits, priced by what it takes to produce — video costs more than images, images more than text. 100 credits = $1. Every plan buys credits at that same rate; larger plans give you more seats, more brands and API access, never cheaper credits.
If a generation fails, the credits are returned automatically. You pay for output, not for attempts.
Renewal and expiry
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Each billing period starts with a fresh allowance — unused credits do not roll over. Annual plans are billed for ten months and grant twelve months of credits up front.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax unless stated. If a payment fails we will tell you and may suspend generation until it is resolved — your data and content stay intact.
Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel any time from Billing. You keep access, and the credits you have paid for, until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We do not give pro-rata refunds for a partly used period, except where the law requires it.
- If Cravim is materially broken and we cannot fix it, email us — we will sort it out rather than hide behind this clause.
Automatic renewal — please read this bit
C2Z LABS LLC is registered in California, and California law requires this to be stated plainly rather than buried. So:
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period — monthly plans every month, annual plans every year — and your card is charged the then-current price until you cancel.
- You will be charged the amount shown on the plan you chose, plus any applicable tax. The exact amount and interval are shown before you pay, and again on your receipt.
- You can cancel at any time, online, in a few clicks — Billing → Manage → Cancel. No phone call, no email to support, no retention conversation. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access and your remaining credits until the period you have already paid for ends.
- We email you before every annual renewal, at least 30 days ahead, so an annual charge is never a surprise.
Price changes
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal, so you always get a period to decide.
4. Who owns what
Your content
Everything you upload stays yours. You give us only the licence we need to run the service: to store it, process it, send it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy, and publish it where you tell us to. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
What Cravim generates
Output belongs to you, to use commercially, once your account is in good standing. We claim no ownership of it.
Two honest caveats:
- AI output is not guaranteed to be unique. Another customer could receive something similar from a similar prompt, and copyright in AI-generated material is unsettled in many countries. If a piece matters commercially, take advice before you rely on it.
- You are responsible for what you publish. Check that it is accurate, that you have rights to any brand, person or likeness in it, and that it follows the rules of the platform you post it to.
Showcasing work
We will not use your content in our marketing unless you publish it to your Showcase yourself, or tell us we may. You can withdraw that at any time.
5. What you may not do
Do not use Cravim to create or publish:
- Sexual content, or anything sexualising a minor
- Content that harasses, threatens or incites hatred or violence
- Deceptive material — impersonation, fake endorsements, fabricated reviews, misleading health or financial claims
- A real person's likeness or voice without their permission
- Anything infringing someone else's copyright or trade mark
- Anything illegal where you or your audience are
Also, please do not:
- Resell Cravim's output as your own AI service
- Reverse-engineer the service or work around its limits
- Use automated means to overload it, or share API keys outside your organisation
We screen content and may refuse or remove anything that breaks these rules. Serious or repeated breaches can mean suspension without a refund.
6. Connected social accounts
Connecting Facebook, Instagram or Google Business authorises Cravim to publish content you have approved to those accounts. You may disconnect at any time. Those platforms have their own rules, and they can restrict or remove your posts for reasons outside our control — we cannot guarantee that a post will reach anyone, or stay up.
7. API and CLI
On plans that include it, you may drive Cravim programmatically. Keep your keys secret; usage is billed to your workspace exactly as it would be in the app. We may apply reasonable rate limits to keep the service healthy for everyone.
8. Availability
We work to keep Cravim running but do not promise a specific uptime figure — and we would rather say that than publish a number we cannot stand behind. Cravim depends on third-party AI providers; if one is down or changes its models, parts of the service may be slower or unavailable. We may change or discontinue features, and will give notice where a change materially reduces what you are paying for.
9. Liability
Cravim is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Ending the agreement
You may close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk — with notice where it is reasonable to give it.
On closure you may export your content for 30 days, after which it is deleted. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Cravim after that means you accept them; if you would rather not, cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the protections and the courts of the country where you live.
Before anything formal, please email hello@cravim.ai. Almost everything is faster to fix by talking.
13. General
- These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us.
- If a clause is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
- Not enforcing something once does not waive it.
- You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it if the business is sold, on notice to you.
